2. Packages and Payment Terms

We offer three tiers of service:

• Premium

Each package includes a set number of podcast guest booking opportunities. Detailed descriptions of inclusions, timelines, and pricing are listed on our website or provided directly during the sales process.

Payment Terms:
All payments are due in full at the time of engagement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refund Policy:
If we are unable to secure any podcast bookings for you within the agreed-upon timeframe outlined in your package, you are eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds are not available once a booking has been secured.
 

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our service and aim to deliver real results. You are eligible for a full refund if we are unable to secure any podcast guest placements for you within the agreed-upon timeframe specific to your package.

However, no refunds will be issued if:

• At least one podcast booking has been successfully confirmed and accepted by you

• You choose to cancel the service after podcast outreach has begun

• You fail to respond to communications from us or podcast hosts in a timely manner

• You decline scheduled opportunities without reasonable cause

3. Client Responsibilities

To maximize your success with our services, you agree to:

• Provide necessary information and availability for scheduling interviews.

• Act in good faith during any podcast interviews arranged through our service.

Failure to cooperate may result in delays or forfeiture of opportunities, for which we are not responsible.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we are confident in our ability to secure podcast guest opportunities for our clients, ThePodcastGuy.io does not guarantee specific results, audience reach, or outcomes from appearances. Podcast placement depends on many factors including availability, host preferences, and timing.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by ThePodcastGuy.io, including copywriting, pitching assets, and booking outreach, remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or repurposed without our written consent.

You retain ownership of your personal brand assets, including headshots, bios, and links you provide for outreach purposes.

6. International Clients

We proudly serve clients around the globe. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with any local laws or regulations applicable in your country or region.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThePodcastGuy.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, goodwill, or opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service in question.
